We are pleased to finish the development of custom online appointment system for Eloquence Spa and Salon, located in British Columbia, Canada. Their services include hair design, hair therapy, massage, spa etc. They found us on Google search engine after searching for “custom online booking system” and were immediately impressed by the live demonstration of our basic software and flexibility of adding more custom features to suite their requirements.

The Spa has more than 50 different types of services to offer at different prices and to be managed by different technicians. Each service requires different time duration to complete for example “hair cut” for men is for 15 minutes and cost $15 while Massage can be of up to 1 hour and can cost $30. They needed a flexibility to add and remove services, costs and technicians associated with those services.

Like other businesses, Eloquence also wanted to manage holidays when the store will b closed. Our password protected admin control panel allowed them to set up dates when stores will not be opened. They can also manage the store hours so that they can easily change hours in Winter.

The booking interface was made very simple and fast for the customer so that he can quickly select his service, select the technician, select this date & time and submit his details like name, email and phone number. In less than 2 minutes customer is done with his booking.

As soon as booking is complete, administrator receives an email that a new booking has been requested and he can look up his information from his control panel
